FAQs
What is the booking process like?
First off, I would love to meet up over a cup of tea or coffee in the Portsmouth / Southampton area! If you are from farther afield, let's set up a Skype (or Zoom!) call to go over any questions you have and so that I can gain a better understanding of what's most important to you in your wedding photographer. If you decide that I am the right fit for you I will send across the paperwork and get your date reserved! I require a £500 booking fee (£250 for elopements) to secure your date and will turn away inquiries for your day beyond this point.
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive a sneak peak of 10+ edited images within 72 hours of your wedding. The full online gallery of your wedding will be made available to you within 30 days. For engagement sessions, I send out a sneak peak within 72 hours of 5+ edited images and the full gallery is delivered within 2 weeks.
Are you insured?
Of course! Like any professional, I have full contents insurance, professional indemnity cover and public liability cover.
How many images will we receive?
The number of images you will receive depends on your chosen package and cover time, but I always deliver 300+ photos at minimum. I take more than enough photos and only choose the best of the best- that way you are able to relive these wonderful moments filled with joy and beauty for years to come.
What should I expect on the day?
Every wedding day is unique and special, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wedding photography. However, what you can expect from me is that I will ensure your wedding day is stress-free and photography friendly! Prior to your big day, we will discuss your personalised timeline to ensure there is plenty of space to get the shots you absolutely need and love. A general timeline tends to look like this:
Arrive early, get those adorable getting-ready shots, wedding detail shots, portraits of the bride and groom, a first-look session (if you want one!), the complete wedding party and family photos, venue and location shots, and full ceremony, dinner and reception coverage. That, along with hundreds of candids of you and your guests- and my absolute favourite thing to shoot is the dance party at the end of the night!
